Import Your Contacts From Microsoft® Outlook 2003
Simple Contact Manager enables you to import pre-existing contacts from Microsoft® Outlook 2003. These contacts are located in your personal contact box. Simple Contact Manager can import thousands of contacts quickly. Since Simple Contact Manager is based on Microsoft® technology, information from each contact will never get lost. Each individual contact field will be updated.
Simple Contact Manager handles your contacts intelligently. If a pre-existing contact resides in Simple Contact Manager, it will update the contact with the new information found. Simple Contact Manager will never delete your existing contacts.
Map Data Fields
Simple Contact Manager 2.5 can handle data from other contact managers contained in Comma Seperated Value (CSV) files. Quickly map fields and import contact information from other well know contact managers.
Export Your Contacts To Your Desktop
Simple Contact Manager also enables exporting your contacts. These contacts are copied into a standard text file. This feature enables you to use your contacts in other Microsoft products.
